About Us

"We always felt very comfortable and confident going to Richard for advice because he earned
our trust from the very beginning. ."
Kim & Larry
"Richard made our home-buying experience a special and wonderful time for us. He always
made us feel comfortable and at ease.
Richard really knows residential real estate, and he didn't hesitate to apply his negotiating
skills for us when the time came. He showed us every house we wanted to see, and is so warm
and personable. With Richard's savvy, you have a professional real estate agent that can't be topped.
We recommend him highly!"
Bev & Ken
"We first met Richard when they helped a friend of ours buy a home about a year before we bought
ours. We weren't ready then because we were making plans to get married and we hadn't saved up a
lot of money. But when we saw the house that our friend got, and he told us that he did it
without having to come up with a down payment, we knew we'd be calling Richard when the time was right.
We're really glad we did!
Not only did we get a nice house for zero down, but our first home purchase turned out to be very pleasant. Richard showed such professionalism and honesty throughout our home buying experience that we always felt very confident in his hands. We also greatly appreciated his patience with us at times, and for always being there for us.
We couldn't be happier! We love our house! Every home buyer should have this kind of experience."
