Desk by e-mail or telephone. You will need your Login ID and Password to access the database
of homes. If you have lost your password, you may request a new one by sending an e-mail
to the Real Estate Help Desk.
Security measures used to protect
personally identifiable information.
We restrict access to the Real Estate Help Desk Home Search and the personal information
we store there by using a log-in process. When you enter the Home Search, you are required
to provide your Login ID and Password.
Other than our System Administrator, only you have access to your account. Your password
should never be shared with anyone. The Real Estate Help Desk will never ask you for your
password in an unsolicited telephone call or e-mail.
E-mail is an important communication channel for our online clients. Unfortunately,
